Customers who follow your business will see your Stories in their feeds. Just upload an image, add text, and we’ll do the rest. Stories can run for up to 7 days for free.
How to use Stories
Step 1: Log in
First, log in to Uber Eats Manager, then on the Marketing tab, select Create a Story.
Step 2: Add your story
Add a headline, body text, and an image that lets customers know what’s going on.
Step 3: Submit for review
Once you’re satisfied with your Story, select the Submit for review button.
Frequently asked questions
- Who can see my Stories?
Stories are visible to customers within your delivery radius and to those who have favourited your restaurant. Stories will be presented in the feed and on your storefront for 7 days.
- Can I upload my own pictures and videos to Stories?
Your storefront hero image will automatically be added to your Stories. Custom photography per Story cannot be uploaded at this time, but our team is constantly working to improve the experience for our merchants and customers.
- How do I make changes to or cancel my Story?
In order to make changes to your Story, you’ll need to cancel your existing Story. You are free to cancel at any time and can create a new one at any time. Stories will stay live for 7 days once created.
- Do you have any content recommendations for my Story?
Stories are the perfect place to showcase your brand and highlight what makes your restaurant unique. From the history of your restaurant to the ingredients used in your dishes, you can get creative with how you tell your Story. You may post up to 20 Stories at a time.
- Are there any guidelines around what content I can post?
Stories are most successful when they’re clear, simple, and useful for your customers. Make sure that customers can read and understand your update quickly. Imagine that you’re talking to a customer in person: what would you say? Avoid emojis, ALL CAPS, and excessive punctuation!!! Avoid profanity and anything that could be considered offensive. Don’t include trademarks, logos or information you don’t own or have rights to use. If you’re not sure, it’s best to play it safe.
