Getting started with Uber Eats tools

On this page, you can find all the information you need to start using our apps—Uber Eats Orders and Uber Eats Manager.

Our tools help you manage your orders and your business

It’s important to remember that access credentials are different for the 2 tools.

Uber Eats Orders

With this tool, you can start receiving your orders and keep track of them. You can also set hours for your business, set hours for a particular menu, or note if any of your menu items are out of stock.

You can access it through the Uber Eats website or by downloading the app.

Uber Eats Manager

With this tool, you can manage your establishment. In Uber Eats Manager, you can add or delete menus, review your weekly earnings, automate responses for your customers, and more.

Log in to Uber Eats Manager

  1. Go to merchants.ubereats.com/manager

  2. Enter your email or phone number.

  3. Enter the 2-step verification code, which will arrive by text on your mobile device.

  4. Enter your password to sign in.


    The information to access the application was sent by email to the address you provided and has the subject line “Uber Eats welcomes you”. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, look for it in your junk (spam) folder.

Log in to Uber Eats Orders

  1. Go to z.uber.com/misorders.

  2. Then enter your email and password; a password was sent in an email to the address you provided with the subject line “Uber Eats Orders login information”. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, look for it in your junk (spam) folder.

Important next steps

Review your menu

When you go to Uber Eats Manager, make sure your menu is ready by clicking on the Menu tab. If you need help setting up your menu, click here.

Review your tax and banking information

It is important to check if you have already uploaded your tax information; without it, you will not be able to issue invoices and your account may not be activated.

To review your tax information

  1. In Uber Eats Manager, choose Payments.
  2. Then select the Invoice settings tab.
  3. Check if your tax information is correct. Otherwise, you will have to fill out all the fields. When you finish, choose Submit.

To check that your banking information is uploaded correctly

  1. In Uber Eats Manager, choose Payments.
  2. Then select the Banking data tab.
  3. Check if your banking information was uploaded correctly. If not, you’ll need to enter it by selecting the Add button.

This requirement is necessary for your earnings to be deposited.

Frequently asked questions

  • We’ve sent your login information (username and password) to the email address you provided to sign up with us; the email has the subject line “Welcome to Uber Eats”. Remember that your username will have the name of your business followed by “@ubereats.com.” If you can’t find this email in your inbox, look for it in your junk (spam) folder.

    We recommend changing your password once you receive the email. This video tutorial will show you in detail how to change your application password so you can start taking orders immediately.

  • You must use Uber Eats Orders, from either a desktop computer, a mobile device (cellphone), or a tablet (recommended). Follow these steps:

    1. Enter your username email and password to sign in. The information to access the application was sent by email to the address you provided; it has the subject line “Uber Eats welcomes you”. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, look for it in your junk (spam) folder.
    2. After logging in, set your business’s open hours by choosing Menu (this is the 3-line button on the left) and selecting the Hours option. With this action, you can set the opening time of your business to start receiving orders.
    3. When an Uber Eats user places an order with your business, it will appear in the New Orders tab, and the screen will light up green.
    4. To accept it, choose the order and select the Confirm button to start preparing it.

  • You must use Uber Eats Manager, either from a desktop computer or from a mobile device (cellphone). Follow these steps to get a detailed report of your sales:

    1. Enter your username email and password to sign in. The information to access the application was sent by email to the address you provided and has the subject line “Uber Eats welcomes you”. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, look for it in your junk (spam) folder. Click on Payments.
    2. Select Reports.
  • You must use Uber Eats Orders, from either a desktop computer, a mobile device (cellphone), or a tablet (recommended). Follow these steps:

    1. Enter your username email and password to sign in. The information to access the application was sent by email to the address you provided and has the subject line “Uber Eats welcomes you”. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, look for it in your junk (spam) folder.

    2. Choose the Navigation button on the home screen (3-line button), then select Hours, then Menu hours.

    3. To edit the store hours that apply to a specific menu, select Menu hours and choose the menu you want to edit.

    4. Then select the Edit hours button. Here, you can select the times and days of the week that you want the menu to be available. Check that the menu hours and categories match your operating hours.

    • First try logging in to Uber Eats Manager with your username and password. Also, see the access credentials included in the “Uber Eats welcomes you” email that arrived when you were activated.

    • If you don’t remember your password, you can select the “Forgot my password” option to change it to one of your own.

    • If that doesn’t work, we recommend contacting our Support team through WhatsApp or by phone so that they can help you access your account.
