What you’ll need to reset your Uber managed device: Wi-Fi network and password.
Step 1: Reset your Uber-managed device
Follow these steps to factory reset your Uber managed device:
Settings > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset) > Erase all data
Step 2: Set up your Uber-managed device
Use the Wi-Fi menu to connect and follow the instructions in the "Setting up work device" steps.
It may take up to 30 minutes for your device to update.
Step 3: Click on the Uber Eats Order Manager app
Your device will automatically sign in using your credentials
You should now be able to take orders.
Once your device is reset, follow the steps below to connect your printer to the Uber Eats Order Manager app.

Reset tablet: Play Store
For this you'll need the following: your Android tablet, your Wi-Fi network password, and your Uber Eats Order Manager login details.
Step 1: Connect and sign in
Connect the tablet to Wi-Fi, then sign in to the Google Play Store (or create an account)
Step 2: Download the app
Open the Play Store and search for "Uber Eats Order Manager," find the official Uber Technologies, Inc. app, then tap Install.
Step 3: Log in
Open the app, enter your Uber Eats Order Manager login details, and enable permissions.

You should now be able to accept orders
Full reset with QR code
For this you’ll need the following: your Android tablet, your Wi-Fi network password, your Uber Eats Order Manager login details, and your setup QR code from Uber.
Step 1: Have your set-up QR code ready
Check your email from Uber. Having trouble accessing your email? Get your QR code using this link.
Note: QR codes are country-specific.
Step 2: Reset your Uber-managed device
Follow these steps to factory reset your Uber Managed device:
Settings > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset) > Erase all data
Step 3: Set up your Uber managed device
Firmly tap the screen several times until the QR Code Reader appears.
Step 4: Scan the QR code
Scan the code on your phone using the Uber managed device.
Step 5 — Connect to Wi-Fi:
Use the Wi-Fi menu to connect and follow the instructions in the "Setting up work device" steps. It may take up to 30 minutes for your device to update.
Step 6: Set up kiosk mode
Once the setup has started, the Ivanti Go app will launch.
Follow this sequence in Ivanti to reset the device back to factory settings.
Kiosk > Enable permissions > Wait for Uber Eats app to download > Log in
Printer setup process
This will walk you through, step by step, how to set up your printer with the Uber Eats Order Manager app.
Start by opening the Uber Eats Order Manager app on your tablet
Tap on the "hamburger icon" located at the top left corner of the screen
Tap on Settings
Then tap on “Receipt Printing”
Now that you see this screen, tap Select to start searching for printers
Your printer should show up shortly
If it doesn’t, please check that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on by tapping “Settings” and granting permissions for “Location” and “Nearby devices”.
Select your printer and continue
Tap Test Print to finish setup and you’re good to go

You should now be able to print receipts
