How Spaghetteria worked its way to Top Eats

September 5, 2022 | Australia

Spaghetteria is based in Sydney and, as its name suggests, is all about pasta. They serve hundreds of freshly made pasta orders to hungry customers in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs each day. Having a small storefront restricts their dine-in capacity meaning that their focus is on takeaway, with 70% of their sales coming from delivery.

Simplifying delivery, savouring growth

Owner, Stefano decided to join the Uber Eats platform as he believed it was the best solution to help him run a storefront efficiently and effectively. With a background in restaurants, he knew the importance of a product that was easy to operate and would provide him with all the analytics and tools to run and grow his business.

Gaining Top Eats status

Spaghetteria quickly earned Top Eats status on the platform, gaining more visibility. Here’s why:

Photos

The photos they upload are exactly the same as what they deliver, so customers are always satisfied when their meals.

Menu Options

They make sure they have different options for customers’ tastes and preferences. Gluten-free pasta is a big seller so Stefano includes that as an option.

Tools

Spaghetteria ensures their storefront details and delivery times are always up to date on the platform so they can organise and optimise their restaurant.
