Straightforward pricing for your business

Uber Direct is a cost-effective way to get your products delivered and meet your customers' expectations.

You pay a fee for each delivery, which includes a Delivery Fee and any other applicable charges. If you're placing a delivery request through a third-party platform, that third-party platform provider may collect the fee.

  • Uber Direct is a local delivery platform for businesses of all sizes and across all industry verticals. Merchants can offer on-demand delivery to their customers directly from their own channels.

  • Uber Direct is for merchants who are looking to drive revenue by offering on-demand delivery directly from their own sales channels (e.g. website, app and phone).

  • Pricing for Uber Direct is per delivery only – there are no start-up costs, commissions or monthly minimums. Per-delivery pricing will vary based on the Uber Direct products you use, such as your channel partner and delivery mileage.

  • Packages as large as a suitcase and as heavy as 50 pounds.

    Packages for almost every consumer end market, including grocery, retail, restaurant, liquor, pet supply, flower and more.

    Note: Some item types (such as pharmaceuticals, alcohol and tobacco) may be restricted depending on your geography.

  • Uber Direct is a white-label solution that allows merchants to add on-demand delivery to their own website, app or other sales channels.

    Uber Eats is an online marketplace where merchants are listed side by side offering their products to customers for delivery or pick-up.

    Many merchants drive revenue by using Uber Direct and Uber Eats together. Uber Direct empowers merchants to serve their loyal customer base by offering delivery to those who order directly through the merchant's own sales channels. Uber Eats connects merchants with new customers they may otherwise never have had the chance to serve.

  • There are 2 options for support:

    • Brand-managed support: You or your support team own and manage the relationship with your customers and will contact Uber Support on their behalf.

    • Uber-managed support: Uber Support works directly with your customers for live order support and to initiate refunds (note: currently, Uber does not refund the customer; we will only inform you about the refund decisions and amount). Additional charges may apply for this option.

  • Uber Direct typically supports deliveries within a radius of 10 miles in serviceable locations, but we can deliver further depending on your needs. When you speak with an Uber Direct representative, please discuss your delivery radius needs.
