Getting set up is simple
Uber Eats Manager is a free app that’s easy to install, set up, and customize. Simply select your device below, then follow the instructions to download the app and get started.
Open a new Google Chrome window
Uber Eats Manager can only be opened on Google Chrome. If Chrome is open, click on File, then New Window.
Access Uber Eats Manager for web
Type the URL in your Google Chrome browser: merchants.ubereats.com/orders.
Enter your login credentials
Log in with your username and password. If you forgot them, need to reset your password, or need help signing up, please email restaurants@uber.com, and someone will be in touch.
Complete login
You should now be logged in. If you’re prompted to accept notifications, click on Allow in order to make sure you receive orders.
Review training guide
Once you’ve logged in, you can review the training guide by clicking on Menu then How to guide then Get started.
Download the app
Tap on either the Android or iOS link below to download the app on your phone.
Enter your login information

Enable app permissions
Ensure that you never miss a notification by selecting Settings > Notifications > Uber Eats app > Enable notifications on your phone. Within the app, you can likewise enable notifications in settings.
Enable sound
Make sure your device volume is on and audible so you can hear orders as they come in. Audio notifications can help staff quickly fulfill new orders and keep track of updates.
