- Get these benefits in all plans
Across the Lite, Plus, and Premium marketplace plans, the following benefits will be available to your business:
- Discoverability of your store in the Uber Eats app
- Facilitation of delivery service through Uber’s delivery network
- Order management and tracking
- Payment processing
- Receipt of performance data, sales analytics, and insights 24/7 customer support for your business, your customers, and delivery people in Uber’s network
- Access to an in-app marketing suite and the option to purchase ads
The same benefits are available to you if you sign up for the self-delivery plan. At any point, you can use delivery people in Uber’s network for farther-away deliveries or if your delivery staff is not available (25% fee).6
- Access loyal Uber One members
Uber One is Uber’s paid membership program that offers members specific benefits and discounts that can be applied in the Uber Eats app (such as $0 Delivery Fee and discounted orders). These members are unique to Uber and are more likely, on average, to order more often and place larger orders compared with nonmembers.7
On the Plus and Premium plans, you can participate in Uber One at no additional cost and enable Uber One members to receive the benefits of membership when they order from your business. By signing up for the Plus or Premium plan, your business will get the gold Uber One icon for eligible orders. That signals to Uber One members that they’ll receive benefits when ordering from you.
Lite plan merchants are not eligible to participate in the Uber One program, with no option to pay more to participate.
- Receive ads credit matching
Under any plan, you have the option to access in-app marketing tools and purchase ads, which increases the likelihood of your business being placed higher in the homescreen and in search and category results in the Uber Eats app.
As an additional benefit of the Premium plan, your business is offered ads credit matching of up to $100 per month based on your previous month’s spending on these placements.
Eligibility for ads credit matching begins on the first day of your first full calendar month of enrollment and will continue each month after that, with matched credits expiring at the end of each month. For example, if you join the platform with the Premium plan on January 15 and spend $55 on ads throughout February, Uber Eats on March 1 will provide $55 in matched ads credit, which will expire at the end of March.
- Enjoy a period of minimum order protection
As an additional benefit if you enroll in the Premium plan, Uber will reimburse your Marketplace Fee if you do not receive at least 20 orders in a month, for the first 6 months. This benefit is applicable to orders delivered with delivery people in Uber’s network and the pickup sales channel.
To qualify for this benefit in a given month, you must have fewer than 3 cancellations or missed orders, and you must be online on Uber Eats at least 95% of your store hours indicated in Uber Eats Manager.
For purposes of reimbursement eligibility, orders will be tracked only after the first full month on the platform, and reimbursement amounts will be paid on the first day of the calendar month after the month you qualified for reimbursement. For example, if you join Uber Eats with the Premium plan on January 15, Uber will begin tracking the minimum 20 orders/month on March 1, with Marketplace Fee reimbursements to be made on April 1, if applicable.
- Manage your customer Delivery Fee
Uber Eats charges customers a Delivery Fee on each order. That fee is calculated using various factors, which may include customer location, availability of nearby delivery people, and current volume of activity on the platform, among others.
While the Delivery Fee is dynamic based on market conditions, by selecting the Plus plan or Premium plan, you can expect your customers to pay a lower Delivery Fee than a customer would pay if you sign up for the Lite plan.
Customers see the applicable Delivery Fee when they’re browsing places to order from, which may affect their selection of a business.
- Additional benefits of Uber Direct
- Customers place orders on your website or app, where you choose delivery options and set delivery fees
- Send delivery fulfillment requests through the Uber Direct dashboard, through our API, or through your existing order management system
- Keep customers in the know with confirmations and live delivery updates that can be customized to match your brand
- Additional benefits of Webshop
- Convert website and social media traffic into sales
- End-to-end solution including delivery facilitation, menu management, order processing and tracking, and customer data access

²A store’s discoverability in the Uber Eats app is dynamic and may differ for each customer at their time of order based on a variety of factors, which may include the store’s historical order size, customer’s rating, order patterns, average food preparation time, estimated delivery time, total distance to customer’s delivery destination, the store’s historical success at fulfilling orders accurately and quickly (for example, without excessive errors or cancellations or customer complaints), general popularity of the store on the platform, available promotions, and any paid advertising that the store places in the Uber Eats app.
³You’ll be charged fees on orders. If at the end of each month you've received fewer than 20 orders, we'll refund the fees you've paid. To be eligible, you must cancel no more than 3 orders and be available on Uber Eats at least 95% of your store hours indicated in Uber Eats Manager.
⁴Ads credit matching will be based on the amount you spend, up to $100 per month ($1,200 per year). We’ll start matching on the first day of a new month after you join the platform and continue each month after that. Credits will expire at the end of each month; for example, if you spend $55 in your second month, you’ll have until the end of the third month to spend the matched $55.
⁵Your rates may be higher or lower depending on your order type, distance, speed of delivery (express, same-day, next-day, scheduled), integration type (channel partner, API, dashboard), market region, and other factors.
⁶If the merchant is located in a local or state jurisdiction(s) that sets forth maximum allowable per-order fees for the provision of the services described herein or hasimplement other applicable regulations that may impact such benefits or service, Merchant agrees that Uber Eats may adjust services provided to the merchant to a level based on the maximum allowable per-order fee or applicable regulations in such jurisdiction(s). Such service limitations may include reducing or eliminating Premium and/or Plus plan benefits or adjusting any plan benefits impacted, such as 1) suspending monthly Sponsored Listings credits and minimum order fee credits; 2) increased Delivery Fee(s) charged to merchants' customers; 3) services related to merchant's discoverability in the Uber Eats app; 4) Uber One member benefits may not apply to customer orders fulfilled by merchants. Other services or benefits may be impacted.
