Starting a virtual restaurant
Step 1: Create a kitchen concept
Developing a separate restaurant concept can increase revenue. We can even help you build a new menu using your existing equipment, operations, and staff.
Step 2: Get in touch with us
Next, you’ll reach out to Support at restaurants@uber.com with a menu, hours, photos of your food (we can also coordinate photography), and POS integration.
Step 3: Go live
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll launch your virtual restaurant as a new merchant in the Uber Eats marketplace and you can start taking orders.
“It’s been amazing to open up another restaurant concept within the same brick-and-mortar.”
