Days 3-7: Start accepting orders
Whether you are using an Uber Eats tablet or your own device, you can begin reaching customers once you get an email titled “Your restaurant is officially live on Uber Eats.” Once received, learn how to be ready for day one below and start taking orders.

Taking orders with Uber Eats Orders
Below are instructions for how you and your staff can start taking orders using Uber Eats Orders.
Note: Uber Eats Orders (device) login credentials are different from Uber Eats Manager login credentials. Device login credentials can be found in the email titled “Your restaurant is officially live on Uber Eats” while those for Uber Eats Manager are in the email titled “Welcome to Uber Eats.”
- If you are using an Uber Eats tablet
Plug your new tablet into its charger, turn on the tablet with the silver button on the side, swipe up on the screen, and tap on the Settings icon to connect to your wifi network.
Tap the Uber Eats app on your tablet’s screen and log in to Uber Eats Orders with the username and password we sent to your email address with the title “Your restaurant is officially live on Uber Eats” (note: these are different from your Uber Eats Manager login credentials). If you can’t find your tablet login credentials you can either 1) call or text 1-833-275-3287 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a reset or 2) look them up or reset them yourself by navigating to the Users tab in Uber Eats Manager. You can find more information here.
