Smarter tools on Uber Eats Manager to grow your business

May 2025

At Uber Eats, we’re focused on helping businesses like yours reach more customers and grow efficiently. That’s why we’ve rolled out new improvements to ads and offers in UEM (Uber Eats Manager), our all-in-one tool for running marketing campaigns on the Uber Eats marketplace. From enhanced reporting, a new flexible offer type, and campaign scheduling to the ability to create multiple campaigns at once and get more actionable insights, these updates are designed to help restaurants using UEM save time, spend smarter, enjoy greater flexibility, and get better results. Here’s a look at what’s new—and how it can help you grow your business on Uber Eats.

One place to track and improve your offers and ads

Reporting in UEM has been revamped to give you a clearer, more streamlined view of how your offers and ads are performing—all in one place. Instead of switching between different sections of UEM, you can now view your campaign information and performance data for offers and ads—across all your stores and any date range—right from the Marketing page. Track results and optimize your campaigns from the same place where you create them by choosing the Campaigns view at the top of the Marketing page. With instant insights and clear breakdowns, it’s easier to discover what’s working and make smarter decisions.

What’s new

  • A redesigned Campaigns tab with all your marketing tools in one place, including reporting
  • A new Campaign Details page when you click into each campaign with clear performance metrics, a visual graph of key results over any custom date range, and easy-to-use filters
