Creative control built for speed and scale
Stand out on Uber Eats with eye-catching visuals, now easier than ever to manage directly in Ads Manager. Upload, preview, and manage your own custom ad images in the creative hub.
In a recent Uber Eats test, restaurants that showed an image of a relevant dish in search—instead of their usual storefront photo— saw up 20% more clicks and up to 32%* more orders compared to restaurants that did not. This suggests that when customers see high-quality, relevant images of the dishes they’re searching for, they may be more likely to click and place an order.

*Based on an internal Uber Eats experiment conducted in AU, CA, UK, US, NZ during October-November 2024. The treatment group showed relevant dish images on search results pages, and results were measured at the session level after controlling for randomization. When users saw relevant dish images in search results, these results saw up to 20% more clicks and a 32% increase in orders placed compared with the merchant’s own performance when showing a standard storefront image. Results varied based on image quality, coverage, and dish-query alignment. The feature was not launched platform-wide due to inconsistent image quality and limited coverage at the time. Actual results may vary.
