We’ve introduced new features in Uber Eats Manager, in Uber Ads Manager, and through your Uber representative to help you manage campaigns more easily, reach the right customers, and make smarter decisions about where to invest.

New auto-reminders for free item offers
Free item offers now include automatic reminders that nudge customers to redeem their offer after they qualify. No setup needed. This helps reduce missed offers by reminding customers at the right moment, especially during busy times when they might leave the app before checking out.

A simpler way to create and manage ads
Creating and managing ads is now more straightforward. The updated experience focuses on the essentials, includes a live preview, and helps you launch or adjust ads quickly. You’ll also get reminders to restart high-performing ads if they’re paused, with an easy way to turn them back on when you’re ready.
We recommend the best settings for your business, so you don’t have to worry about setup details. This is especially helpful if you want to respond when orders are slower, test advertising for the first time, or make changes without spending extra time navigating settings.

Easily view your ad spend and remaining credits
You can now find your ad spend and available ad credits—including how much you’ve spent, what Uber has covered, and when credits expire—in one place. Having everything clearly laid out makes it easier to plan ahead, avoid surprises, and make confident budget decisions.
Join Uber-funded offer campaigns effortlessly
Uber-funded, limited-time offer campaigns are now easier to find and join. These offers are often tied to key moments or events and are supported by Uber, making them a good option when you want extra visibility without fully funding the offer yourself.
Target the right customers with your offers
You can now choose which customers get your offers based on their past order activity, such as customers who haven’t ordered in a while or those who’ve recently returned. This helps you use offers more intentionally, whether you’re trying to reengage customers or reward loyalty.

Ads reporting now shows how many new customers your ads are bringing to your business. This gives you a clearer view of performance beyond impressions or clicks and helps you understand whether your ads are reaching people who haven’t ordered from you before.
Smart recommendations to help grow sales
You’ll now receive recommendations when ads are performing well but could drive more sales with a higher budget. These insights help you decide when it might make sense to invest more in ads that are already working, rather than guessing where to put your budget day to day.

Save ad campaigns as drafts, and launch when you’re ready
You can now save ad campaigns as drafts and come back to them later. This makes it easier to plan ahead, review details, and get alignment before launching, especially if you’re managing multiple locations or coordinating with a team.
Run ads and offers together seamlessly
You can now create and manage ads and offers in one place, including more offer types like Discount items, Happy hour, and Buy 1, Get a Free Item. Having everything together makes it easier to plan how visibility and offers work hand in hand to attract customers and drive orders.
Reach customers who are new to your brand
You can now reach customers who have never ordered from your brand across any of your locations, not just a single store. This helps you focus on growing your overall customer base and better understand how your ads and offers are bringing in first-time orders.

Tailor offers to specific menu items and sizes
Create offers that apply to specific menu items, sides, or sizes, like running a deal on a 6-piece option instead of all sizes. This gives you more control over what’s included in your offers and helps you design deals that better fit your menu and costs.
Create mix-and-match freebies
Set up freebies that let customers choose from a group of items and get the lower-priced item free. This adds flexibility to Buy 1, Get a Free Item offers, giving customers more choice while helping you highlight popular items or encourage higher-value orders.
