What’s new?


Three key features from the desktop experience—menu, customer insights, and payouts—are now available in the Uber Eats Manager app on iOS and Android. These updates bring added flexibility to how and where you manage your business.

Why this update?


We know you use the app to manage daily operations, especially while away from your store or a computer. Adding these features to mobile gives you faster access to critical tools so you can take action anytime, from anywhere.

Key benefits


  • Update your menu on the go. Quickly edit item names, pricing, availability, and descriptions.
  • Gain insight into your customers. Understand ordering behavior, trends, and retention directly from your mobile device.
  • Stay on top of payouts. Check your current balance, payment history, and earnings breakdowns in just a few steps.

How to access

To manage your menu

Step 1: Select the Menu tab on the bottom of your screen

Step 2: Make edits to item names, prices, availability, and more

To explore customer insights

Step 1: Choose More in the bottom right

Step 2: Select Customer insights

Step 3: Review customer trends, ordering frequency, and retention

To view payouts

Step 1: Choose More in the bottom right

Step 2: Select Payouts

Step 3: Review your balance and payout history

What else can you do in the Uber Eats Manager app?

Receive notifications when something unexpected happens with your store



  1. Go to More > Account > Notification settings
  2. Toggle each notification type on or off
  3. Choose alerts for store status, connectivity issues, POS integration issues, canceled orders, missed orders, and inaccurate orders

Discover what customers think about your food, and reply to their reviews



  1. Go to More > Customer reviews
  2. Read and respond to customer feedback directly in the app

View order issues and dispute chargebacks



  1. Go to Quick actions > More > Order issues
  2. Review the issue details and determine whether they’re accurate before taking action

Review your sales data over a specific time period



  1. Go to the Home tab
  2. Get data on sales, orders, ticket size, operations, and customers
  3. Filter with preset date ranges, or create a custom date range by scrolling to the far right

Get the current status of all your stores



  1. Go to More > Stores
  2. Check the real-time status of all your store locations

Set holiday hours from anywhere



  1. Go to More > Stores and select a location
  2. Scroll to Store hours and choose Add to update or set holiday hours
  3. From this page, you can also:
  • Pause or unpause orders
  • Update pickup instructions
  • Change your store’s cover image
  • Edit packaging material info

Run a promotion or explore how a current one is performing



  • Go to Grow at the bottom of the screen
  • Then go to the Create campaign tab to launch a new promotion
  • Visit the Campaigns tab to track redemptions, new customers, and sales

Set up or monitor an ad campaign



  1. Go to Grow > Create campaign to launch or edit an ad Then go to the Performance tab to monitor how your ads are performing
