By combining this solution with a promotion, Carolina Ale House gives customers an added incentive to order from them. For every $100 Carolina Ale House invested in Sponsored Listings, the business return was $989, a 9-fold return on their investment.

“Uber Eats Offers… and Ads have been a very powerful combination for us,” says Kaune. “It’s all about repetition, and customers spot us in multiple areas of the app each time they log in. It clearly keeps us top of mind.”

Hawaiian Bros uses Ads and Offers to increase sales

Today, Hawaiian Bros is serving customers across 40 locations on the US mainland, with 100 more contracted through recent franchising deals. Hawaiian Bros leverages Ads to break through the app, Offers to encourage menu conversion, and they doubles down on tactics that inspire repeat orders. By using ads & offers together, Hawaiian Bros saw a significant increase in orders and sales.
