The Delivery Fee is made up of a base fee plus a distance fee
- A base fee will be charged for each delivery.
- A distance fee will be charged per kilometre. This is based on the estimated distance between the pickup location and dropoff location and includes partial kilometres on a prorated basis.
There may be additional fees or additional circumstances in which certain fees are triggered, which will be set out in any applicable Service Terms, Order Form, or Addendum.

- Supplemental support: Provide customer support directly, and only escalate issues to Uber support from your support team as needed.

Down Small Uber Direct typically supports deliveries within a radius of 10 miles in serviceable locations. However, we can deliver further depending on your needs. When you speak with a Uber Direct representative, please bring up your delivery radius needs
