View AI-powered summaries of customer reviews, along with recommended actions you can take to improve customer satisfaction.
Deeper customer insights
Access new Uber Eats Manager data about customer groups, like which geographic areas drive the most sales and how many of your customers are new or returning.
Streamline your operations
Scheduled reporting
Set up automated reports on key performance data, like marketing insights and customer reviews, by going to the Reports section of your Uber Eats Manager dashboard and selecting On a recurring schedule.
Improved pickup experience
Update your address and pickup instructions so that couriers and customers know exactly where to reach you. To do this, navigate to “Store info” in your Uber Eats Orders app to make changes.
Strengthen security and compliance
Enhanced account security: Protect your restaurant with 2-factor authentication for merchant admins. To get started, enroll in Passkeys, a secure way to get into your account. Learn how to enroll in Passkeys here.
